Soul Song Guidance is dedicated to the exploration of Transformation. One of the most beautiful opportunities I believe we have in life is the on-going process of Awakening! If we choose a path of transformation on all aspects of our being, we naturally follow the cycles of natures dance, Birth, Death & re-Birth! It has been my experience that if we are dialed into the guidance of our heart & Soul, if we heed these inner promptings, the transformational dance can't be avoided.

Soul Song Guidance springs forth from dancing this dance consciously, for the last 20 years. I love being fully engaged in these processes, both the deep dives into my own inner Underworld, as well as the renewed flowerings of Emergence.

As a Shadow Whisperer, I have an affinity toward the depths, of Shadow work & Death. I feel these are the very places Light needs to be shined most, in order for Wholeness to be lived. For me, working with these very sensitive places in myself is where I receive blessings of both Humbleness & Strength. I realize over & over, I am not the one in control, that there is a Force much bigger & grander at work on my behalf. It is when I surrender to mini-deaths, I am most aware I am dancing with God/Goddess.

It is through this dance with the Divine in the Darkness, that the purest Light & Joy find radiant expression through me.

I invite whomever feels called to allow these writings, experiences, stories to lend encouragement, support & a kindred spirit in times of Awakening & Transformation!

the light of 2012

". . . human consciousness is rapidly transforming to a new state, a new intensity of awareness that will manifest itself as a different understanding, a transformed realization, of time and space and self. By this thesis, the transition is already under way - though largely subliminally - and will become increasingly evident as we approach the year 2012." Daniel Pinchbeck from his book 2012 - The Return of Quetzalcoatl

I wanted to begin this entry with a straight to the point perspective on the event that is quietly or loudly bubbling up all around us. This is a very exciting time to be alive, if you are one of those who are feeling the energy shifting! There are of course other perceptions abounding as well, which may not feel the wonder of this time. But for our start point I'd like to say, that although I really do not know anything for sure, I certainly feel that a new liveliness and grandness is at all of our fingertips and blooming in all of our hearts.

It is true too, that this subject has managed to only recently draw my awareness toward it. While I have done a tad of reading here and there on the subject, while I have an intuitive sense that there is validity to this event we are in the midst of, I am like many others I know, waiting for this mystery to unfold. There are many theory's, ideas, concepts and beliefs surrounding 2012. For myself, I won't really know, until time unravels Herself and reveals Her truth.

I would like to fill in the blanks for those who, like myself who are not well schooled in the 2012 prophecy. What is now popularly known as 2012 has had roots in most all spiritual traditions from the world over.

The year 2012 is significant in the Mayan and Toltec calendars marking the end of a 'Great Cycle'. This cycle spans over 5,ooo years, at the end of which humanity enters a new age. According to those specializing in this field, the science that this calendar is based on, has borne out with great accuracy the very information it prophesied. With that accuracy, many believe that on December 21, 2012, the world as we know it will be forever changed.

One of the things I found most striking in reading Pinchbecks (quoted above) book a couple of years ago, was the similarity in many other traditions holding similar myths with this time line, which seem to also come to an end at or around this calculated time. While I had read different material, at different times, I had a sense of this, but seeing it streamlined made me think a bit deeper on the subject.

For instance, in Hinduism, they refer to their cycles of time as 'Yuga's', and Pinchbeck points out that the Yugas correspond roughly with the Golden, Silver, Bronze and Iron Ages, of the Greeks.
If we were to mark which Yuga we are in presently, the majority would say we are in Kali Yuga.
(Just a note on this: Shri Yukteswar, the guru of Yogananda, claimed that we actually have been in Dwapara Yuga since 1699 ce. For more info on this complicated measurement of time, see this in depth study, 'The Holy Science' by Shri Yukteswar)

The vast majority claim that we are n Kali Yuga, heading toward Satya Yuga, which corresponds with the Golden Age. The Native American Hopi tribes have passed on the oral tradition that we have been in the Fourth World and are approaching the Fifth World.

Being westerners in a culture of Christian majority, there is more familiarization with the 'End Times' or Apocalyptic foreshadowing, which we could also say is our present day. I often appreciate when I learn the meaning of words that have held so much fear and charge to them, then to find out that the definition doesn't relay that at all. Apocalypse, is one such word:
' uncovering' or 'revealing'. These words seem appropriate for what is being conveyed by all the traditions. It is said that higher Truths will be revealed, that there will be an uncovering or an unveiling of a higher reality, that our highest selves will be invited to be revealed! It could be understood to be the revealing and uncovering of Christ Consciousness, the Second Coming within humanity. In other words, our perception will be purified to see Truth and Light. This is what I feel will be relevant to these times. This could be the time we begin to understand some of the teachings, such as "When thy eye is single, thy body will be full of Light."

So this is a very, very simple overview of the power of 2012, this age, has had for many people since very ancient times. We will all decide for ourselves how much significance we place on this fact that many traditions, (of which this is just a sampling) from across the entire world, from primitive times, all held similar stories with a grand mysterious outcome!

For the main purpose of this blog, I wanted to address, not what the outcome of this time will be, but how are we experiencing this 2012 shift that is in process NOW? Years ago it was said that on that date, everything would come tumbling down. That seems to be a favored scenario, for some reason, concerning many predicted 'doom' days. The REM song often comes to mind not only in the past instances, but presently as well. "It's the end of the world as we know it AND I FEEL FINE." This is an invitation to open our hearts and mind to a better world!

While the tune is catchy and I feel it holds a more faith and trust based sentiment, that this isn't an end, it is a new beginning! It is a time of great shift and transition for all of humanity! But for many, who are caught in the manifestations of the prophetic destruction, it is not all fine. And we don't know where, when, or how it will manifest once again. So naturally there is a fear element involved or denial or rationalization or whatever each of us has to do to wrap our mind and heart around any time of great change!!

We can all attest that change is not easy. Many of us resist change until we are forced to change, and then it is often painful. In may ways we see the reflection of our individual consciousness reflecting onto the macro consciousness right now. It isn't easy.

Out of all this impending doom, one of the loudest calls piercing the darkness right now is that of Love. We see over and over again that in the midst of great hardships, communities come together. We help one another. We are forced to stop running around 'doing' and come together to 'be' of support to someone else. Our hearts open and compassion floods out instead of habits and holdings that normally bury away. Beauty flows through the dark cracks! That dainty flower that has the force and determination to grow up through the man made concrete sidewalks!

This is what many are understanding this time to be. A great shift in the human heart and consciousness. This great shift will bring us clearer vision. The planet will come into a greater unity. The planet and our human selves will be called to change, to shift, to throw out what is destructive and to cultivate healing! And these same many are saying each of us has a part to play, depending on whether we put our attention on the doom stories of fear or the new light waiting to stream through which is Love!

It does sound glorious, doesn't it? And I have a sense it will be, however, it is also noted that while we may head in that direction, it is a growing process. Change, deep change takes time for the psyche, the heart, the actions, the mind, the body to all get on the same page.

Just as the world is rocking here and there, to create a new homeostasis, we may find our own bodies, minds and emotions being carried on energetic tides. All holistic modalities understand that since the body, mind, spirit are not separate, but act as a unit, all areas are affected, whether moving out of or into balance.

As this global process is a shift in physical matter and energetic vibrations, and since we are connected to this earth and the cosmos, it only makes sense that our beings will also go through transformations.

In the beauty that continues to unfold and in the chaos, which must too take place, what can we all do? One way I see it is, the entire earth and all Her inhabitants will be a part of one whole purification process. So we must be willing to:
Let go of what seems to be pulled out from under us.
Let go when the old ways stop working and seek out new paths and alternatives.
Let go of the habits and behaviors which are causing us to close the heart and mind to the wonderful rainbow colors of one another.
Treat ourselves and one another more tenderly.
Bring at least as much emphasis to the inner life, as we do to the material world and all the excitement it offers.
Turn to those people and events which uplift the spirit and open the heart.
Don't be afraid to face our inner uglies as they show up and ask what is needed to bring healing.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road of Your Heart.
Meditate. Pray. Sing. Laugh. Dance. Hug. Love.

When we are so full of this kind of Light, there is little room for fear and constriction of darkness!

We are all in this together. Let's float down this river and relax into Her stillness and rapids.
Hold the Light in our hearts as the blooming for all. In this way, whether 2012 is or isn't, won't matter in the least. We will be transforming for our own highest and that of all Life we touch!

Enjoy and Peace through the Process of Life~

power of alignment

As I have been introducing the Yamas and Niyamas as part of the Inner Journeys Newsletter, new lessons have been ushered in, bringing all of my awareness to gain deeper experiential lessons.

The second Yama, Satya which I have been internalizing speaks of non-lying, and the many expressions that rise from the intention. An easy way to be present with this is asking ourselves questions like: Am I feeling, thinking, being and expressing all the same sentiment? Are all of these rowers in agreement with one another or am I misrepresenting something about myself to appear 'acceptable' to someone else? When we begin practicing these principles in our lives, change and transformation can not help but occur. And, we begin to see where one yama becomes a part of the next and the whole.

Two experiences just in the last 2 weeks have given me different insights. My husbands parents, aunt and uncle were here in Tucson for a visit. One evening out for dinner, a heated discussion erupted. While the topic is one of passion for my husband and I, we stayed true to speaking what we truly believe and feel, therefore, we were in alignment of our truth. Meaning that we were expressing outwardly what we think, feel, and how we live our life concerning this topic of dispute. Satya ~ non-lying was being expressed through us both. However, the catch for this particular example, was that because the conversation 'erupted', I can't say I felt very grounded. Instead I was coming from a place of reactivity and NOT in alignment with the yama, from last month, Ahimsa ~ non-violence. My energy was hot, my tone was sharp. I was lacking the compassion and non-attachment that I would have preferred to breath into, had I not been in reaction! So while Satya was present, I was still disconnected with an inner, deeper Truth, that I know to be. I became blinded to who I really am and who the 'other' really was. I felt wired and a bit exhausted over the next day, mixed with sadness regarding the capacity I have to attack another, even if it is with only words and tone. I have learned from experience that these are in fact powerful tools of energetic violence. It continued to illustrate to me that these practices have the power to take us deeper into our own tendencies, shadows and Light!

The next lesson has been creeping along over this last month and culminating in a leap of faith, change of life decision. This change has been more challenging in that I have been both going about it as consciously as possible, choosing to marry the intellect/rational part of my being with the intuitive/deep desire & faith part of my being.

One thing I have learned over and over about the path of Transformation, is that it is not often neat and tidy! It can disrupt the flow, plans, needs of others. In past
chapters of my life, I was always afraid to rock the boat or bring discomfort to others. Somehow it was easier for me to be suffering in silence. Over many years of learning to honor my truth, my needs and recognizing that change can't take place if I am locked in to any box, it is still challenging for me to create rifts by taking care of myself! The addition to this lesson, is that while I honor my own journey, it remains important to be conscious, considerate and communicative with those relationships that are touched by what is happening in my sphere. I can try to walk gently and compassionately as I break out of my personal boxes.

In terms of Satya, when we are not alignment with what is true for us, our energy, our life force can become depressed, ill, scattered, anxious, angry etc. In essence we are holding ourselves back, for whatever reasons from the next phase of our growth, our evolution, our transformation! It is these changes that help us be in the world to our very fullest, brightest capacity!

For awhile now, I have known the next direction to moved into. I have also had very real world practicalities to take into account. As I moved through those reality checks, I also kept coming up against internal stories and beliefs based on fear and insecurity. When that tended to be the largest factor holding me bound and stuck, I realized a break out had to occur! Faith and Trust in the aid of the Universe had to be relied on! Once I made the decision to basically free fall, surrendering into the arms of the Divine, something deep within shifted and the fears fell away.

Fortunately I have had many experiences of surrendering into this Great Trust, therefore, when I finally let go, it isn't nearly as frightening any more. I have been held, supported and guided into the perfection of what needs to be. These experiences have formed my foundation. When I let go of needing to be in control, to plan the time, place and way I think things should go, the Divine steps in.

There have been the blessings showered once again. There is a very clear shift in my energy when this happens. I receive more of it for one. In this alignment a deep sense of security centers me. Inspiration, enthusiasm and confidence bloom. New opportunities come knocking at the door. The most remarkable part of this is that really nothing has in the physical world has changed, but everything within has altered: perceptions, release of stories, Peace & Joy flow, inner strength - not based on ego, but the knowing I am in relationship and co-creating with a Higher Source!

In coming into Satya, non-lying - Truth, we become integrated, we become whole, we become beacons for receiving our Highest Good. That may mean new lessons will approach, causing us to make more adjustments or may seem like challenges. Yet we are always being wafted upward within ourselves, our Brilliance, our Light!

I continue to feel so blessed by the life I have been given to lead, the service I am able to provide, the relationships I am able to learn from and deepen, and most of all to the ever growing, ever present Presence of the Sacred, the Divine.

For sure, more will be revealed, which is what makes this life such an adventure. Never knowing what comes around the next bend, helps me to stay awake, alert, and in love with what is!!

I would love to hear any experiences of your own Transformational processes! I love to learn form the path others walk, as much as I love to support others with my own journey!

Deep Peace~

fumbling through emotions & Ahimsa

In the last newsletter, for January, I offered up the focus for the month and personal practice for any interested, as Ahimsa or non-violence. Ahimsa is one of the primary Observances, which is part of the foundation of the yogic spiritual path. When we hold the consciousness of Ahimsa/non-violence, we strive to see through the heart, with the qualities of love, acceptance, tolerance, kindness, consideration and non-judgment.

On good days, well, it is at least more accessible to my awareness. However, it is when these practices are put to the test, that we are really in the fire. When Life brings about the challenge of staying clear and above the reactive(and in many ways natural)emotions that lead us anywhere but into the qualities of Ahimsa.

Here in Tucson, Arizona, as deaths and injuries took place last week, I have been fumbling through the emotions of reactive anger, sadness, powerlessness etc. and found it ever so appropriate to have had this focus in the forefront of awareness.

I have purposefully stayed on the sidelines of all the reports, news, discussions and opinions, witnessing my own process. I know that many buttons of mine, were ripe and ready to be pushed and to cast judgment about what I believe to be right and wrong. The sadness is easy enough for me to feel, the grief for those who's lives lost and the lives that were changed dramatically by the shooting. The loss, is an easy place for me to go and experience the hurt. These are not my personal buttons that bring to me to my knees in reactivity.

The issues being raised as a result of this event are some of my button pushers. The issues of guns, the issues of blame, the issues of 'crazy', the issues of responsibility. These are my hot buttons. My belief that what I believe is right and the fact that I can't understand how it could not be by 'them', gets me feeling 'crazy'. The feelings of judgment, self-righteousness and anger, are not ways in which I want to feel inside. Heat fills the body, the heart beats faster, my voice gets louder and sharper, constriction sets in. That is not a state of consciousness or energy that is healthy for me. And yet, in some ways, I am that which I condemn. That reflection, even if it is only a brief presence in my inner world, is really painful. And then I reach a place of sadness for those who live on that energy, who cultivate it unconsciously. I feel sadness for those who don't have the tools that I am reminded to be grateful for, to enable me navigate this emotional terrain.

It is times like these, that even if I am not 'acting out' in violence, I can still experience all the energies that walk hand in hand with violence. I can't deny their presence, I can only examine, feel, acknowledge and hopefully unwind what I find in my own darkness. I trust the heart to hold the light, as I allow these buttons to be pushed, even as my own anger spouts forth from my mouth, or the tone I impart is full of righteousness. I don't expect myself to swim these waters with perfection, yet I am really blessed to have communities of others, with whom, we put these practices to work when the times demand. And this has been one of those times.

I can't help but dream of a time when more people learn to understand their own inner world of emotions, pains and wounds; when we have support to feel and express whatever we are feeling, in a safe and seen way; when we can transform our own demons with love and compassion, that the violence in our world will begin to be transformed. It feels idealistic, yet just imagine if this were taught in schools, if non-violent communication was was an integral part of our education, and if we were shown how to be present with our emotions from a very young age, the next generation would be able to create a more holistically healthy society.

If we understood ourselves in these ways, had places to express what needed to be expressed, perhaps we wouldn't feel the need for the guns we fight to have rights for. Perhaps we wouldn't become isolated and lost in violent entertainment and video games. Perhaps we would feel safe in our own skin and in the company of others fellow human beings, rather than fearful. Perhaps our wounds wouldn't lead us to act out and be labeled 'crazy'. Perhaps we wouldn't need so many medications in order to feel 'normal', or more important to feel nothing, because what we feel inside hurts so bad. Perhaps we wouldn't have as much illness and addictions. Perhaps we wouldn't hide away in the virtual world of technology. Perhaps we wouldn't have power hungry individuals running our companies, harming our world, because of untended hurts or emotional starvation. The list of perhaps's could go on, I am sure we all have our own knowings of this overarching affliction of feeling alienated from ourselves, let alone others. If we don't recognize the pain we carry, no matter how big or small, it will get our attention, one way or another.

In these moments, it feels like so many of the things we fight for or against, could at least find some solace, if we really learned to understand what makes us tick. But that can't come from out there, it is first found in here. If we are at peace within, we will not make war out there. From this place our communications can find truth and integrity.

It is certainly a tall order. But it isn't a surprise that 'swadhyaya' or self-study, introspection, self-inquiry or Know Thyself, is a spiritual tenant. One that reaches across all religious boundaries and beyond as a necessity for human harmony.

The lessons of Ahmisa will continue on and I can only pray, to keep burning away what does not serve it's presence within.

Peaceful Wishes to All~

happy 2011 new year consciousness!

The New Year of 2011 is arriving! A joyous one to all! Every year around the Solstice and New Year, like many of you, I naturally take stock, reflect, reminisce. In that reflection this year, I find how much gratitude and joy are present in my life! The flow of these qualities grow, as I flow into deeper alignment with my hearts passions. It seems there are cycles of clearing and being present with what has stood in the way of flow, alignment, passion and then new space is created for more fullness of being!

The practice of becoming more and more conscious is indeed a part of this magical cycle. How can it be that one day I am unaware of the blocks and the next, they are staring me in the face? It has gotten to be sort of a humorous game to see what shows up next, what is calling me to awaken just a bit wider from the slumber of living life unconsciously. Yet, I follow the lead of who, what and how the awakening is to happen, remain present and before long enter into freedom.

It is being said that in 2011, as we move toward 2012, it is increasingly important to be mindful of the consciousness we are living in and with. What we surround ourselves with, creates our sense of reality, it creates the quality of our lives and even the health of our bodies. The quality of energy that pulsates through us, will be the qualities of energy we bring into our lives, forming our perceptions of reality.

Howard Thurman's quote always rings true, and it rings loudly for this coming year.
"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come ALIVE. Because what the world needs is people who have come Alive!" When we really listen to the heart's song and passion, we become lifted up and we are met with the aid of the Universe. This doesn't mean we won't hit a bump or two. The bumps, the temporary dances with our own shadow, refines and purifies the degree of aliveness we are coming into.

I try to stay away from placing labels of 'good', 'bad', 'right' or 'wrong'. I have found that even the 'bumpiest' pages or chapters in my life's ongoing book, have been sacred times. It is how I hold them, think and feel about them. Becoming conscious of life's experiences and not automatically jumping to conclusions based on fear, cultural programming, or labeling what should or should not be happening, I have the freedom to see the lessons in what is actually presenting itself. Many of my greatest moments of finding great freedom within has been from hanging out with what 'heavier' energies, like a depression, sadness, or a judgment, are trying to teach me. This is very different than wallowing in 'darkness' out of a habitual way of living with this energetic quality. We can learn to bring consciousness, awareness, presence to any and all qualities, explore where and why they are visiting us, and in doing so we help to set them free.

Once we allow a healing on any level, by bringing conscious awareness to what has felt more 'dense', we then cultivate the 'lighter' energy that rises to meet us! That lightness is always within us, sometimes we just need to take the time, space and quiet to do a little housecleaning.

The key word is consciousness. Setting our course in this next year to become more aware of what our energy 'pulls' are revealing to us. What is holding us back, what is calling us forth, and how to balance between the light and shadow of our own being. How our reality is created by what consciousness we surround ourselves with and what we feed ourselves in all the energetic forms. This awareness is the first step to move out of habits that keep us from feeling our fullness, our brilliance, our selves as love! When we have the courage, commitment to grow into this fullness, as Mary Anne Williamson says, 'we give others the permission to shine'. This helps us, this helps the world!

2011 will be an amazing year to inquire within, explore any of those areas where we feel we are not living our lives to the fullest and revamp our energetic relationship to Life! Become awake, conscious to our hearts dreams, and clear whatever blocks it's song. If we choose to believe that all the energies in the Universe are simply waiting to meet and greet our Inner Light, we can choose to feel we are not alone in this new world forming to uplift each of us, individually and collectively. However we have to align our energies and clear, heal CONSCIOUSLY, whatever old energies of beliefs, thoughts, subconscious attitudes which stand in the way of our own inner freedom, peace and joy!

So, here's to a Happy, Transforming, 2011 New Year!
Align your intentions and energies with what your heart sings for!
As we each shine our individual Lights, our collective Light grows!!

holiday spaciousness

'Tis the season to be Jolly! The holidays are upon us and often this brings a mix of anticipation, joy, anxiety, sharing and stress. Family and friend gatherings are on the way. So how can we move through this season remaining connected to the intention and Spirit of this time with our loved ones? I imagine we all want to feel that sense of connectedness with those we love, especially during this time. There are many people that we may only see on this occasion, and rarely do we set out with the intent on feeling contracted or on edge. Yet this often happens if we do not remain centered and clear as to what this holiday means for us. That being said, I don't think we all have the same understanding or needs from the holidays. Knowing if we have expectations and what they are, is a wonderful starting point. As long as we are present with this inner meaning within ourselves, we can bring a sense of sacredness to this occasion.

It is important to recognize before the hustle and bustle begins, what it means to us. Is it a time to celebrate our connections with our friends and family? Is it a religious experience for us in reverence of the birth of Christ or do we recognize it from the spiritual connection to the Earths circling back into Light with the Solstice? Are we looking forward to the giving of gifts? Sharing meals? Reconnecting with others? Do we give permission to opt out of activities and go within, if that is the inner call?

What ever meaning we identify with in our hearts, we can then go about creating the holiday form this inner sanctuary. If we have clarity within, then we can begin to determine what activities are in alignment with our truth. This is the foundation from which we then connect and act outside of ourselves through. When we can honor our own truth, we are more able to enter into even challenging situations with more awareness, spaciousness, and ability to interact from this conscious intention.

Whether we are looking to create Joy, Peace, Enthusiasm, Sacredness, Celebration, or Gratitude, we must first have a clear intention of that experience. This doesn't mean that we seek to control the experience, but enter into each situation looking through those eyes.

For instance, a few years ago my intention for the holiday was to bring everyone together and create a wonderful meal and simply to share my love for my family. Now, anyone who knows me, knows I do not cook, so I admit, I had the help of my partner in some of the preparation. I had been feeling so much love for everyone, that even during a couple hurried and harried moments, in the small space of our home and lack of any formal eating space; AND two family's(mine and my partner's)joining together for the first meeting, I found I was able to maintain this space of love within. Now, though I did whatever I could to make everyone as happy and comfortable as possible, I can not guarantee everyone had as good of time, filled with a sense of connectedness as I did. I did my best to be a considerate hostess and created a peaceful and warm environment, yet I also had to let go of my expectations as to how this was experienced by my guests. As far as I could tell, everyone had a wonderful time and at the end of the day, I felt such a deep satiated fullness, and not from the food! I felt fed by the sharing I wished to offer and in my reality, love was all I felt.

So once we know what we are intending to create, contribute, or experience, it is always good to do what is needed to keep ourselves in a nourished space. Of primary importance, don't let go of your spiritual practice as the pace of the holidays escalate! This is what allows you to come to the table, whatever form it takes, clear and open, ready to be present and loving. If you don't have a practice or something that grounds you, do what you can to cultivate an inner clarity. For example, hot baths, music that brings you into your fullness, exercise that makes you feel energized, maybe a massage or energy work. In other words, keep your self in alignment with YOU, first! Then cultivate a calm nervous system. When the nervous system is calm, your moods, reactions and 'internal' stories can be managed. This means it is easier to remain open-hearted and aligned with your intention! You don't have to take my word for this. Simply notice that as you become tense, what happens to your breath and your emotions. Usually agitation sets in, meaning your being is becoming contracted. In contraction, not as much energy can flow through you and the heart becomes more shut off from others and life. Notice too, how you feel when you are relaxed, maybe after meditating or yoga. The breath flows freely, you feel softer, more open, more in the flow of whatever is present. This is spaciousness and the place where Love streams freely from!

Gifts to others can come in many ways, and some of the most powerful ones are acceptance, acknowledging who others are, letting go of expectations or control, really listening to others, not needing things to be other than they are. When we are settled in our own inner peace, inner joy, inner gratitude, whatever happens around us can have much less impact on us, and we become a source of those qualities of Being to those we love.

So, I send out warm and peaceful wishes to all! May your holidays be perfect, in whatever way that is meant for you. May we all have the inner peace to bring that Peace and Light to all in our midst! Spaciousness is Love. Love is what we are all seeking ~ and that Love is what we are!

Peacefully Merry~
